BACKORDERS
If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the options that will be available to you. We will provide you with the date the item will be available and you can decide if you want the item backordered or a refund to your credit card.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your In Search of Balance purchase please contact us through www.insearchofbalance.com and we will make arrangements for you to return or exchange your merchandise. If our product does not meet your expectations please send it back as long as it’s in its original, unused condition including any tags and receipts within 14 calendar days since the day of purchase for a full refund.

REFUNDS
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e. the same credit card). Please allow 2–3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Credit will be processed only after receipt of returned merchandise.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Domestic shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and will usually arrive within 2–3 days.
